Arrests

1. Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 10:35AM, Monday, May 10, 2021, West Main St. – Jonathan GOLDEN M/34, responded to the Batavia Police Department on his own accord to turn himself in on an active Batavia City Court Arrest Warrant. GOLDEN is alleged to have taken a vehicle while employed at  a local car dealership, and kept said vehicle for an extended period of time without the vehicles owners knowledge or consent. GOLDEN was arraigned in Batavia City Court and ROR’d.
     
2. Bench Warrant, 11:25AM, Thursday, May 6, 2021, W Main St. – Adam ALTOBELLI M/40, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant. ALTOBELLI was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under supervision of Genesee Justice. ALTOBELLI is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on 6/17/2021.
    
3. Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Menacing 2nd, 3:28PM, Monday, May 10, 2021, Davis Ave. – Jessica THOMAS-HEIZYK F/33 was arrested for threatening the victim with a screwdriver in front of several juveniles. THOMAS-HEIZYK was arraigned in Batavia City Court and ROR’d. THOMAS-HEIZYK is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on 6/17/2021.
    
4. Aggravated Harassment; Stalking 4^th , 2:04PM, Friday, May 7, 2021, N. Spruce St. – Thomas TACITO M/61, was arrested on a warrant for the aforementioned charges. It is alleged that TACITO repeatedly called another individual with no legitimate purpose, despite being advised to stop multiple times. TACITO was arraigned in Batavia City Court via Skype and ROR’d. TACITO is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 6/17/21.
