  1. Petit Larceny, 5:40 PM, Wednesday, April 13, 2022, W. Main St. – Tonya M. WEBER, F/38 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above date and time on the aforementioned charges after an incident where WEBER allegedly left a local business with a cart full of groceries without paying. WEBER was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in BCC on 5/17/2022 at 9:00AM.
      
  2. Bench Warrant, 6:48 PM, Monday, September 23, 2019, E. Main St. – On 5/9/2022, Steven M. LINDNER, M/49 of Albion, NY, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant out of City of Batavia Court. LINDNER was arraigned and the case was disposed of by the Judge. LINDNER was released and does not need to return.
     
  3. Failure to appear on Appearance Ticket, 8:00 PM, Tuesday, August 25, 2020, State St. – Dierdre A. LOUCHREN, F/56 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 5/7/2022 at 9:06 PM on a Batavia City Court arrest warrant for failure to appear after appearance ticket issued. LOUCHREN was originally issued an appearance ticket in 2020 for abandonment of animals. LOUCHREN was arraigned in BCC and released. LOUCHREN is scheduled to reappear in BCC on 5/19/2022 at 1:30 PM.
     
  4. Petit Larceny, 5:00 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2022, Oak St. – On 5/9/2022, Cheryl M. FIGOURA, F/42 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. FIGOURA, allegedly, stole a sum of money from her employer. GIGOURA was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 5/31/2022 at 1:00 PM.  
     
  5. Criminal Mischief 4th, 1:22 PM, Saturday, April 23, 2022, State St. – On 5/9/2022, Christopher P. THOMAS, M/38 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that on 4/23/2022, THOMAS damaged property belonging to another person. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/17/2022.
     
  6. Obligation of Parent or Guardian, 12:59 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2022, Washington Ave. – On 5/5/2022, Cynthia C. RICHARDSON, F/42 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. RICHARDSON allegedly failed to stop her child from going outside without a guardian past curfew. RICHARDSON was issued an appearance ticket and a 710.30 notice. RICHARDSON is due back in Batavia City Court on 5/17/2022 at 1:00 PM.
     
  7. Obligation of Parent or Guardian, 12:59 AM, Thursday, May 5, 2022, Washington Ave. – On 5/5/2022, Ashley M. DAVIS, F/33 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. DAVIS allegedly failed to stop her child from going outside without a guardian past curfew. DAVIS was issued an appearance ticket and a 710.30 notice. DAVIS is due back in Batavia City Court on 5/17/2022 at 1:00 PM.
     
  8. Harassment 2nd, 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 28, 2022, Bank St. – Ronnie J. FLINCHUM, M/63 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge following an investigation of a domestic dispute. FLINCHUM is accused of threatening physical contact on another person. FLINCHUM was issued a computer-generated appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 5/24/2022 at 1:00 PM.  
     
  9. Grand Larceny 3rd; Falsifying Business Records in the 1st Degree, 6:46 AM, Thursday, April 3, 2022, Bank St. – Stephen S. BOGLE, M/35 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 5/10/2022 at 12:37 PM for Grand Larceny in the Third Degree and Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree. It is alleged that BOGLE would punch into his place of employment, leave for eight to twelve hours and then punch out of work without ever physically being present to work. BODLE is said to have taken $13,148.63 as a result of these actions. BOGLE was arraigned by Judge ROGERS in Batavia City Court and was released on his own recognizance. BOGLE is due back in Batavia City Court on 6/1/2022 at 1:00 PM.
