1. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, 10:13AM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, East Ave. – Richard BURDICK M/43, was arrested during a traffic stop when narcotics were located in the vehicle. BURDICK was issued an appearance ticket and released.
     
2. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, 10:13AM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, East Ave. – Christopher WEIGMAN M/32, was arrested during a traffic stop when he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. WEIGMAN was issued an appearance ticket and released.
     
3. Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th; Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, 10:13AM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, East Ave. – Lisa FOX F/49, was arrested during a traffic stop on East Ave. In the course of the investigation, FOX was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and a hypodermic instrument. FOX was issued an appearance ticket and released.
    
4. Unlawful Imprisonment 2^nd; Sex Abuse 1^st; Harassment 2nd, 1:00AM, Thursday, April 15, 2021, Redfield Parkway. – Charles TOMASZEWSKI M/58, was arrested following an investigation into a domestic incident. TOMASZEWSKI was virtually arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on his own recognizance. TOMASZEWSKI is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/27/2021.
    
5. Petit Larceny, 3:30PM, Thursday, April 15, 2021, Main St. – Dawn LOCKWOOD F/51 was arrested after she allegedly took money from another person under false pretenses and refused to return it. LOCKWOOD was released on an appearance ticket returnable to Batavia City Court on 5/4/2021
    
6. Harassment 2^nd; Criminal Mischief 4^th; Strangulation 2^nd; Robbery 3rd, 3:15PM, Sunday, April 18, 2021, Pringle Ave. – Edward FREIDA M/49, was arrested following a domestic incident where FREIDA allegedly struck then strangled his girlfriend, causing her to lose consciousness. FREIDA then allegedly broke her cell phone after forcefully taking it from her. FREIDA was virtually arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of  $10,000 (A)/$20,000 (B)/$40,000 (C). FREIDA is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on 5/20/2021
    
7. Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated - BAC >.08%, 8:45PM, Sunday, April 18, 2021, Harvester Ave. – Michael LYTLE was arrested after it was reported he was kicked out of a local bar then began being demonstrative in the parking lot, briefly leaving in a vehicle then returning. During the investigation it was determined that LYTLE was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. LYTLE was issued UTT’s and released. LYTLE is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 7/20/2021.
