1. Theft of Services, 8:13PM, Tuesday, April 13, 2021, School St. – Andre ROBERTS M/28, was arrested after he patronized a bar in the City of Batavia, then left without paying. ROBERTS was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/20/2021.
    
2. Bench Warrant, 12:08PM, Wednesday, April 14, 2021, East Ave. – Lisa FOX F/49, was arrested for during a traffic stop on East Ave. FOX was identified as the operator and Officers confirmed there was an active Bench Warrant out of Batavia City Court for FOX. FOX was subsequently arraigned in Batavia City Court and RUS’d. FOX is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 5/25/2021.
