1. Driving While Ability Impaired – Combined Influence Drugs and/or Alcohol; Drove Wrong Way on One-Way Street; Operate in violation of Conditional License, 7:40 PM, Sunday, January 30, 2022, N. Spruce St. – A traffic stop was conducted on 1/30/2022 for a vehicle driving the wrong way on a one-way street. Upon further investigation, Thomas P. SCANLAN, M/28 of LeRoy NY, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and/or Alcohol on 4/9/2022. SCANLAN was issued UTT’s and released.
    
2. Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated DWI – BAC >0.18% BAC; Failed to use designated lane; Failure to keep to the right, 1:48 AM, Saturday, April 9, 2022, Pearl St. – On 4/9/2022, Jeffrey E. SCHNETTLER, M/50 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a traffic stop where SCHNETTLER was found to be operating a motor vehicle with his BAC 0.18% or higher. SCHNETTLER was issued several traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on a later date.
    
3. Petit Larceny; Conspiracy 6^th Degree; Failure to Appear, 11:38 AM, Wednesday, March 23, 2022, Ross St. – Crystal A. MOUNTS, F/44 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on a total of six Batavia City Court warrants which included charges for alleged: Failure to appear in Batavia City Court; Petit Larceny; and Conspiracy 6th Degree. MOUNTS was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released on her own recognizance. MOUNTS is scheduled to appear in BCC on 4/14/2022 at 1330HRS.
