Arrests

1. Petit Larceny, 10:13PM, Thursday, March 11, 2021, E. Main St. – Christopher WEIGMAN M/32, was arrested after an investigation revealed WEIGMAN stole merchandise from a local business. WEIGMAN was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to Batavia City Court on 4/6/2021.
    
2. Harassment 2nd, 7:23PM, Tuesday, March 30, 2021, Watson St. – Erica WILLIAMS F/26, was arrested for allegedly slamming another person’s head against a wooden fence post. WILLIAMS was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/13/2021.  
    
3. Harassment 2nd, 11:00AM, Wednesday, March 31, 2021, Liberty St.  – Cassandra ELMORE F/29, was arrested after she allegedly scratched another person in the face. ELMORE was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/13/2021.
   
4. Criminal Contempt 2^nd, 5:00PM, Friday, April 2, 2021, Tracy Ave.  – Nateeka GIBSON F/31, was arrested after a disturbance on Tracy Ave. where she violated an active, dually served court order. GIBSON was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. GIBSON is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/15/2021.
    
5. Criminal Mischief, 3:25PM, Friday, April 2, 2021, Oak St. – Shawn TWARDOWSKI M/38, was arrested after he allegedly damaged property at an apartment house on Oak St. TWARDOWSKI was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/13/2021.
