Arrests

1. Harassment 2^nd; Criminal Mischief 4^th, 7:34 PM, Saturday, February 12, 2022, Highland Pk. – On 2/12/2022, Officer POST arrested Linda L. SNYDER, F/39 of Batavia, NY, for two counts of Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and two counts of Harassment in the 2nd Degree following a disturbance. SNYDER was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to return to BCC on 3/1/2022 at 1300HRS.
    
2. No Lights on a Bicycle; Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2^nd; Bench Warrant; Petit Larceny, 1:12 AM, Sunday, February 13, 2022, Harvester Ave. – Casey T. VAUGHN, M/32 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on February 13th, 2022, in the area of Haller Pl. after leading police on a foot pursuit. VAUGHN had been stopped by Police for a traffic violation, and fled on foot. Upon catching VAUGHN, it was also made known to Officers that VAUGHN had 4 outstanding warrants out of Batavia City Court. VAUGHN was arraigned by Judge BURNS of BCC and released.
    
3. Petit Larceny; Conspiracy 6^th Degree, 5:45 PM, Friday, February 4, 2022, Ellicott St. – Lynn M. HOMER, F/48 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into an incident where she allegedly shoplifted from a local business on 2/4/2022. HOMER was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to BCC on 2/22/2022 and released.
    
4. Petit Larceny; Conspiracy 6^th Degree, 5:45 PM, Friday, February 4, 2022, Ellicott St. – Joseph W. FREEMAN, M/37 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges following an investigation into an incident where he allegedly shoplifted from a local business on 2/4/2022. FREEMAN was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to BCC on 2/22/2022 and released.
    
5. Trespass, 1:05 AM, Friday, February 11, 2022, North St. – On 2/11/2022, Batavia Police arrested Shawn M. TWARDOWSKI M/39, of Batavia, NY, for the above charge after TWARDOWSKI refused to leave UMMC. TWARDOWSKI was issued an appearance ticket scheduling him to appear in BCC on 2/22/2022 at 1330HRS.
    
6. Trespass, 7:56 AM, Thursday, February 10, 2022, E. Main St. – On 2/10/2022, Shawn M. TWARDOWSKI, M/39, of Batavia, NY, was arrested after he was alleged to have been previously advised that he was not allowed inside of a local business and he entered anyway. TWARDOWSKI was issued an appearance ticket and scheduled to appear in City Court at a later date.
    
7. Criminal Trespass 2^nd, 1:42 PM, Thursday, February 10, 2022, E. Main St. – On 2/10/2022, Shawn M. TWARDOWSKI, M/39 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after he was alleged to have been previously advised that he was not allowed to enter property of a local apartment complex and he entered anyway. TWARDOWSKI was issued an appearance ticket to appear in City Court on a later date.
    
8. Grand Larceny 3rd, 10:15 AM, Tuesday, October 12, 2021, Summit St. – On 2/10/2022, Ryder J. BERRY, M/21 of Farmersville Station, NY, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that BERRY stole money from a family member on 10/15/2021. BERRY was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. He is due back in court on 2/24/2022.
