1. Arrest Fugitive from Justice, 2:06 AM, Saturday, December 18, 2021, Oak St. – Robert W. RUSSO, M/46 of Winter Park, FL, was arrested at the above date and time after he was located on an unrelated complaint. RUSSO was arrested as a fugitive from justice, based on an arrest warrant out of Orange County Florida for Assault. RUSSO was arraigned in BCC by Judge BURNS, and was held.
2. Bench Warrant, 12:00 AM, Monday, August 30, 2021, W. Main St. – On 12/22/2021, Marcell F. GREENE, F/37 of Bliss, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant, from Batavia City Court. It’s alleged that GREENE failed to comply with a court-ordered program. GREENE was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. She is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/13/2022.
3. Bench Warrant, 12:00 PM, Monday, September 20, 2021, W. Main St. – On 12/22/2021, Marcell F. GREENE, F/37 of Bliss, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant, from Batavia City Court. The warrant was issued on 9/20/2021 after GREENE allegedly failed to appear in court. GREENE was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. She is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 1/13/2022.
4. Torture/Injure animal/Failure to provide sustenance, 10:39 PM, Tuesday, December 21, 2021, State St. – On 12/21/2021, Sarah P. LYTLE, F/39 or Batavia, NY, was arrested on the charge of animal cruelty; failure to provide sustenance. BPD was requested to LYTLE’s residence to assist members of GC Probation during a house check. It was found that LYTLE was keeping a dog in a cage without adequate food or water and within its own feces. LYTLE was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 1/11/2022.
5. Grand Larceny 4^th Degree, 11:30 AM, Monday, October 25, 2021, E. Main St. – John J. SADDLER, M/34, of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 12/13/2021 for the listed charge. SADDLER is alleged to have stolen cash from the pants pocket of another person on 10/25/2021. SADDLER was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 12/21/2021 at 1:00 PM, and released.
