1. Criminal Contempt 2^nd, 12:48 PM, Wednesday, October 27, 2021, N. Spruce St. – Arron J. MCFOLLINS, M/42 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above date and time on the included charge. After an investigation into an incident that occurred on North Spruce St. in the City, it is alleged that MFOLLINS twice violated a court order. MCFOLLINS was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in BCC on November 30, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
2. Harassment 2^nd, 8:40 AM, Friday, November 19, 2021, E. Main St. – Anthony S. BROOKS, M/31 of Batavia NY, was arrested on the above date and time for the listed charge. BROOKS is alleged to have thrown a coffee thermos at another person during a verbal argument at a facility on E. Main St. BROOKS was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 11/30/2021 at 1:00 PM and released.
3. Resisting Arrest; Obstruct Governmental Administration, 4:29 AM, Tuesday, November 16, 2021, Central Ave. – Devon A. WRIGHT, M/20, of Batavia NY, was arrested on 11/16/2021 for resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration following an attempt to execute a bench warrant. It is alleged that WRIGHT would not comply with City of Batavia Police Officers and Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and resisted arrest as they were attempting to arrest WRIGHT on a bench warrant. WRIGHT was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Batavia City Court on 12/7/2021 at 1:00 PM.
