The Batavia Police responded to a shots fired incident in the area of Oak St and N. Lyon St on 11/29/2023 at approximately 5:25 PM. It was reported the shots came from a black SUV that was last seen heading north on Oak St. The incident appears to have been targeted. There have been no reported injuries. No further details will be released at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
