On 01/19/2021 at or about 11:37PM, Daniel WOLFE was arrested on a Batavia City Court Arrest Warrant. The charges stem from an incident on 11/13/2020 where Wolfe allegedly violated an order of protection while in the dwelling of the protected party. Wolfe was processed, and transported to GCJ for virtual arraignment in BCC by Judge Rogers. Wolfe was held without bail and is due back in BCC on 3/4/21 at 2:30PM.
