Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd/Criminal Contempt 1^st/Menacing 2^nd/Endangering the Welfare of a Child/Harassment 2^nd, 4:26PM, Wednesday March 17, 2021, McKinley Ave. – Joshua WILLIAMS Sr. M/29 was arrested for the aforementioned charges after a domestic incident where WILLIAMS allegedly attempted to hit another person with a brick. WILLIAMS was arraigned by Judge ROGERS in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $5,000 (A)/ $10,000 (B)/$15,000 (E). WILLIAMS is due back in Batavia City Court on 4/22/2021.
