Wesley N. THIGPEN, M/40 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on two counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child following a sex abuse investigation conducted by Detective Ivison. THIGPEN is accused of a continuous course of conduct where he sexually abused two children while they were under the age of thirteen. The abuse occurred at multiple locations in the City of Batavia between 2007 and 2016. THIGPEN was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held with no set bail.
