Kristen SEKUTERSKI was arrested for the above listed charge after an investigation with assistance from the Department of Homeland Security, NYSP, and the Genesee County Sheriff's Office. SEKUTERSKI allegedly possessed a controlled substance with intent to sell. SEKUTERSKI was arraigned virtually by Judge ROGERS of Batavia City Court, and released on her own recognizance. SEKUTERSKI was advised to appear again in front of Batavia City Court on March 9th, 2021 at 3:00 PM.
