Assault 3^rd/Robbery 2^nd, 5:09PM, Sunday, March 28, 2021, Dellinger Ave.  – Alexandro RODRIGUEZ M/24, was arrested after a domestic incident on Dellinger Ave. where he allegedly punched another person in the face and stole property from her. RODRIGUEZ was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge BURNS and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 (A)/$5,000 (B)/$7,500 (C). RODRIGUEZ is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court 5/6/2021.
