On 7/14/2021, Shacerie RIVERA, F/24, was arrested on the above charges. It’s alleged that RIVERA cut another person in the arm with a knife. She then interfered with Police, as they attempted to take another person into custody. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. RIVERA is due back in court on 8/11/2021.
