On September 25, 2021, Mandy L. MILLER, F/41 of Batavia, NY was arrested for Arson 2nd Degree, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident that occurred on N. Spruce St., where MILLER allegedly set fire to a carpet and a door. MILLER was arraigned in BCC by Judge BURNS and held on bail. MILLER is due to appear back in BCC on September 30th.
