On 6/8/2021, Kevin MCCOY, M/54, was arrested on the aforementioned charges. It’s alleged that MCCOY threatened three other people with a knife during an argument in a parking lot on E. Main St. He was arraigned by Judge ROGERS and remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail. He is due back in court on 6/10/2021.
