Jon T. MAGLIOCCO, M/44 of Batavia, NY is a predicate sex offender with a level 3 designation who was released from prison on August 2nd, 2021 under the supervision of New York State Parole. By August 16, 2021, two victims came forward reporting that they had been raped by MAGLIOCCO. The investigations were handled by Detective Jason Ivison along with the assistance of Parole Officer Jason Waldron.

The First incident occurred sometime between August 10th and 11th at an address on Mill St. MAGLIOCCO was charged with Rape 3rd, Criminal Sexual Act 3rd, and Sexual Abuse 3rd.

The second incident occurred sometime between August 14th and 15th at the same address. MAGLIOCCO was charged with Criminal Sexual Act 1st degree with forcible compulsion.

MAGLIOCCO is currently being held in Genesee County Jail.
