LEONARD, M/38 of Batavia NY, for burglary in the second degree, criminal nuisance in the second degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree after he allegedly damaged property and entered a residence during an argument. LEONARD was arraigned in front of Judge ROGERS of BCC who committed LEONARD to the GC Jail in lieu of $5,000 A, $10,000 B, and $20,000 E.
