On 1/28/2022, Antwoine KUSH, M/19 of Lockport, NY, was arrested on an arrest warrant, from Batavia City Court for the above charges. KUSH was located in Savannah, GA and extradited back to Batavia. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court, by Judge Burns, and remanded to the Genesee County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond and $75,000 partially secured bond. He is due back in court on 2/27/2022.
