Stephen HEGEL was arrested following an investigation into the larceny of more than $10,000 cash from Turnbull Inc. HEGEL was employed by Turnbull Inc. at that time. HEGEL was charged with grand larceny 3rd and two counts of grand larceny 4th stemming from three seperate incidents. HEGEL was remanded to Genesee County Jail and is scheduled to reappear in Batavia City Court on 2/23/21.
