• On 10/4/2026, Bobbi Jo Capretto (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Capretto was allegedly located inside a residence on Hutchins St, in violation of an order of protection. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 10/2/2026, Steven J Godinho (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Aggravated Family Offense and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Godinho allegedly contacted another person via social media and e-mail, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 9/30/2026, Francis A Coombs (age 59) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Menacing 2^nd and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Coombs allegedly threatened another person, with a hammer, at an address on State St. He then allegedly resisted being taken into custody. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

• On 10/2/2026, Jeffrey A Flint (age 64) of Batavia, was arrested for Strangulation 2^nd.

Flint allegedly strangled another person, during a domestic incident on Jackson St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

• On 9/30/2026, Gianna E Williams (age 19) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Williams was allegedly located inside a residence on Clinton St, in violation of an order of protection. She was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 9/24/2026, Cameron J Northan (age 20) of Batavia, and Noah M Mack (age 23) of Rochester, were arrested for Assault 2^nd and Conspiracy 5^th. Mack was additionally charged with Strangulation 2nd.

It’s alleged that Mack strangled another person unconscious while Northan punched the victim repeatedly in the head, causing serious injuries. Mack and Northan were arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

• On 9/22/2026, Richard A Miller (age 40) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Tampering, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Miller pointed, what was later determined to be, a BB pistol at another person, during an altercation on Porter Ave. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 10/5/2026, Ayden P Tomai (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Tomai was charged following a traffic stop on West Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/30/2026, Tyler W Reeves (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.

Reeves was allegedly observed blocking traffic on Oak St and asking drivers for money. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 10/2/2026, Madison M Roberts (age 23) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Roberts was charged following a traffic stop on Ross St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/30/2026, Anthony M Mannara (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Mannara had contact with another person, in violation of an order of protection. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 9/26/2026, Peyton E Mays (age 21) of Dansville, was arrested for DWI.

Mays was charged following a traffic complaint on East Main St. Mays was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th for being found in possession of metal knuckles. He was released on an appearance ticket.

• On 9/13/2026, Makayla L Salvatore (age 19) of Livonia, was arrested for DWI.

Salvatore was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/26/2026, Rachelle L Murrell (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Murrell stole money and used another person’s bank card without permission. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

Wujek allegedly damaged a neighbor’s solar light. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/16/2026, Michael W VanSlyke (age 44) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

VanSlyke was allegedly found in possession of narcotics, when he was arrested on an unrelated warrant. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/25/2026, Bryan W Herdtner (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd, Criminal Mischief 4^th and Aggravated Family Offense.

It’s alleged that Herdtner violated an order of protection and damaged another person’s property, during a domestic incident on Tracy Ave. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

Shine allegedly grabbed and shoved another person, during an argument on Bank St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.
