• On 7/15/2026, Zachary W Williams (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd and Menacing 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Williams threatened another person with a knife, during an altercation on Thorp St. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail, to be arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 7/22/2026, Steven J Godinho (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd and Aggravated Family Offense.

Godinho was charged following an investigation into a domestic incident, where he allegedly violated an order of protection. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 7/19/2026, Zachary M Burk (age 29) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Burk allegedly stole merchandise from Aldi, on East Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/17/2026, Benjamin G Evans (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Evans stole an e-bike from the porch of a residence on Manhattan Ave. After being taken into custody, Evans was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was additionally charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th. Evans was issued an appearance ticket for each case and released.

• On 7/20/2026, Alex Powell (age 30) of Astoria, NY, was arrested for DWI.

Powell was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 7/20/2026, Thomas A Culver (age 47) of Bergen, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Culver was arrested following a traffic stop on State St, where he was allegedly operating a vehicle with switched plates. During the investigation, Culver was also found in possession of crack cocaine. He was additionally charged with numerous vehicle and traffic violations. He was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 7/17/2026, Brian Scott (age 27) of Buffalo, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Scott shoved another person, during an altercation on North Lyon St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/17/2026, John W Clack (age 68) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Clack shoved another person, during an altercation on East Main St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 7/14/2026, Donald D Ryan (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Ryan was arrested following a traffic stop on Harvester Ave where he was allegedly found in possession of crack cocaine. He was issued an appearance ticket and several traffic tickets and released.

• On 7/15/2026, Maria L Sanders (age 49) of Batavia, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

The arrest stems from an incident on 5/18/2026, when Sanders was allegedly found to be operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs. She was also allegedly found in possession of narcotics. She was issued appearance tickets and released.

• On 7/17/2026, David N Hanna (age 50) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Hanna was charged following a traffic stop on Clinton St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.
