• On 6/27/2026, Alan D Tidd (age 66) of Batavia, was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Register Address.

Tidd allegedly failed to register his address, as he is required to do as a sex offender. He was taken to the Genesee County Jail and arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 6/26/2026, Demauri J Humber (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Humber allegedly violated an order of protection, by having contact with the protected person. He was arraigned in CAP Court.

• On 6/27/2026, Jason W Whitehead Jr (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd.

Whitehead was arrested during a traffic stop on West Main St, where he allegedly got out of the vehicle and attempted to run from police. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/27/2026, Jill M Turner (age 44) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Turner allegedly operated a vehicle with the passenger door open, while a child was in the passenger seat. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/22/2026, Steven J Godinho (age 41) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Godinho allegedly had contact with the victim, in violation of an order of protection. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/26/2026, Gerald A Mattison (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Mattison allegedly destroyed property and threw items around a residence, while a child was present. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 6/23/2026, Frank P Bellucci (age 28) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Bellucci was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 6/23/2026, George N Jeffries Jr (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

Jefferies was charged following a traffic stop on Otis St, where he was allegedly found in possession of narcotics. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/25/2026, Jason G Moneau (age 49) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Moneau allegedly entered a residence on Hutchins St, without permission. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/22/2026, Thomas A Culver (age 47), Jessica L Culver (age 36) and Brodes J Gibson (age 65) were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th.

All three were arrested following a traffic stop on Oak St, where they were allegedly found in possession of narcotics. They were each issued an appearance ticket and released.
