• On 6/4/2028, Naquan J Shepherd (age 26) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Assault 3^rd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Aggravated Family Offense.

Shepherd allegedly punched another person in the head multiple times and damaged property, in the presence of a child, during an altercation on Walnut St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

• On 6/6/2026, Ryan D Denz (age 37) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2^nd and Criminal Contempt 2^nd.

Denz allegedly entered a residence, in violation of an order of protection. He was transported to the Genesee County Jail to await arraignment.

• On 6/5/2026, James E Wroten (age 59) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged the Wroten threatened another person, at an address on Summit St. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 6/3/2026, Alexandra F Roberts (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Roberts struck another person several times, while in the presence of a child. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 6/2/2026, Stanley T Hooker (age 34) of Batavia, was arrested on three counts of Criminal Impersonation.

It’s alleged that Hooker gave a false name to police, on three different occasions, when he was stopped for traffic violations. He was issued an appearance ticket and multiple traffic tickets and released.

• On 5/31/2026, Mary R Suttell (age 42) of LeRoy, was arrested for DWI.

Suttell was charged following a traffic stop on Fisher Pk. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 5/30/2026, Dontre R Woods (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol.

Woods was charged following a traffic stop on East Main St. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 6/1/2026, Shawn P Stevens (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd.

Stevens was charged after he allegedly refused to leave a residence on State St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Less than 30 minutes later, Stevens returned to the address. When Officers attempted to take him into custody again, Stevens allegedly resisted arrest. He was additionally charged with Trespass, Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd, and Resisting Arrest. He was again issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/1/2025, Dominic J Taylor (age 22) of Batavia, was arrested for Public Lewdness.

It’s alleged that Taylor exposed himself to a group of people, during an altercation on Jackson St. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/5/2026, Daniel J Biniaszewski (age 51) of Batavia, was arrested for Unlawful Dissemination of an Intimate Image.

Biniaszewski allegedly shared intimate images of another person, without their permission. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 6/5/2026, Jordan A Baxter (age 21) of Silver Springs, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Evading Arrest by Concealment of Identity and several traffic violations.

It’s alleged that Baxter fled from police on a bicycle, when officers attempted to stop him for a traffic violation. When Baxter was eventually located and taken into custody, he was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine. He was issued appearance tickets and released.
