The York County Regional Police Department is trying to locate Dakota Chitwood, a 28 year old black male last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, burgundy sweatpants, and grey & green Nike AirMax sneakers. He is to be operating a blue 2025 Hyundai Elantra bearing a paper South Carolina temporary tag, unknow tag number. The vehicle has dark tinted windows. Please notify York County 911 if seen, do not approach. Chitwood has ties to East Manchester Township, York County as well as Lancaster County.
