• On 9/4/2025, Matthew C Dargusch (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Dargusch slashed the tires on his neighbor’s car. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/5/2025, Sarah P Lytle (age 42) of Batavia, was arrested for Menacing 2^nd and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd.

It’s alleged that Lytle threatened another person, with a knife, during an altercation on Harvester Ave. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court.

• On 8/31/2025, Jarret J Devault (age 30) of Kent, NY, was arrested for DWI.

Devault was charged following a traffic stop on Union St. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in court on 9/16/2025.

• On 9/8/2025, Daniel P Conklin (age 34) of Buffalo, was arrested for Stalking 4^th and Harassment 2^nd.

Conklin allegedly harassed the victim by contacting them extensively, after being told to stop. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 9/2/2025, Gloria L Peckham (age 65) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Peckham punched another person, during an altercation on East Main St. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court on 9/16/2025.

• On 9/7/2025, Quentin I Bloom (age 27) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Bloom allegedly stole merchandise from Kwik Fill. He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 9/9/2025, Nathan S Hodgins (age 29) of Medina, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued after Hodgins failed to appear on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 9/7/2025, Shaqueita L Irvin (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued when Irvin failed to appear in court on a DWI charge. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 9/8/2025, Kristopfer R Kuszlyk (age 24) of Batavia, was arrested on a warrant.

The warrant was issued for Kuszlyk after he failed to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic ticket. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 9/6/2025, Sophia E Laborde (age 20) of Webster, was arrested for DWI.

Laborde was charged following an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Walnut St. It’s alleged that Laborde was intoxicated when she drove off the road, striking a utility pole and a building. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 9/4/2025, Lindsey K Speer (age 19) of Hamilton, NY, was arrested for DWI.

Speer was charged after police responded to the parking lot of Quicklee’s where an employee was reporting that Speer had driven to the store and appeared to be intoxicated. Speer was issued traffic tickets and is due in court on 9/23/2025.

• On 9/5/2025, Tonya M Holman (age 53) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd and Unlawful Imprisonment 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Holman struck another person with a door and would not let them leave. She was arraigned in CAP Court and released.
