• On 10/29/2024, Daquan J Butler (age 28) of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for Assault 1^st, Burglary 1^st, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

It’s alleged that on 8/25/2023, Butler illegally entered a residence on Liberty St and stabbed an adult male inside. A child was also in the house at the time of the incident. Butler was located in New York City, by the US Marshals, and transported back to Batavia. He was arraigned in Genesee County Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

• On 10/16/2024, Trevon L Armstrong (age 39) of Batavia, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Armstrong was initially arrested for Criminal Mischief 4^th, for allegedly damaging a window on 11/16/2023. The warrant was issued after he failed to reappear in court. Armstrong was arraigned in CAP Court and held on bail. He is due back in court, on 11/24/2024.

• On 10/26/2024, Justin R Nadrowski (age 32) of Oakfield, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 3^rd.

It’s alleged that at about 1:05am, Nadrowski entered the Spirit Halloween store, through an unlocked door. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/12/2024.

• On 10/28/2024, Asa A Wooton (age 20) of Batavia, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2^nd, Menacing 2^nd, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4^th, and Criminal Mischief 4^th.

It’s alleged that Wooton threatened another person with a knife and damaged property, during an altercation on Mill St. Wooton was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/5/2024.

• On 10/28/2024, Devonte T Griner (age 30) of Rochester, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd, Criminal Mischief 4^th, Harassment 1^st, and vehicle and traffic charges.

It’s alleged that Griner followed another vehicle around the City of Batavia, and used his vehicle to intentionally attempt to run the other vehicle off the road. Griner was located a short time later and taken into custody. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 10/24/2024, Donald D Ryan (age 41) was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Ryan took a down payment to complete work, at a residence on Clifton Ave, but never showed up to start the job. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/12/2024.

• On 10/21/2024, Cori L Cleland (age 39) of Perry, was arrested for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.

The arrest stems from an incident, where Cleland was found unresponsive in her vehicle. Cleland had allegedly been operating the vehicle, while under the influence of drugs. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 11/6/2024.

• On 10/26/2024, Cody A Bush (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Assault 3^rd.

Bush allegedly injured another person, during an altercation on East Ave on 10/18/2024. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 10/29/2024.

• On 10/26/2024, Brant G Matthews (age 30) of Leroy, was arrested on three bench warrants.

Matthews allegedly failed to appear in court, on three separate criminal cases. He was arraigned in CAP Court and is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 10/20/2024, Thomas J Mitchell (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

Mitchell allegedly ran from police, when they were attempting to detain him, in relation to a separate incident. He was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, at a later date.
