• On 5/11/2024, Nathan W Campbell (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 3^rd and Petit Larceny.

Campbell was arrested after allegedly stealing merchandise from Tops. He was previously trespassed from the store, after a prior larceny complaint. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 5/11/2024, Valeria A Antonetty (age 43) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Antonetty was arrested after being involved in a motor vehicle accident, in the drive-thru at McDonald’s on East Main St. It’s alleged that she was intoxicated, at the time of the accident. She was issued several traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court, on 5/21/2024.

• On 5/11/2024, Paul W Schwandt (age 56) of Alexander, was arrested for DWI.

Schwandt was allegedly involved in an altercation in the parking lot of McDonald’s on East Main St. It’s alleged that Schwandt was driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 5/15/2024, Michael C Mirabal (age 51) of Batavia, was arrested on a Bench Warrant.

Mirabal was initially arrested for Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs, on 12/8/2023. The warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court. Mirabal was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 5/23/2024.

• On 5/14/2024, Alicia M Lyons (age 44) of Batavia, was arrested on seven warrants.

All of the warrants were issued, after Lyons failed to appear in court on seven separate cases, where she was charged with Trespass, at Kwik Fill on Jackson St. She was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest, after she fought with Officers who were attempting to take her into custody on the warrants. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail. She is due back in court, at a later date.

• On 5/12/2024, Alice E Torres (age 59) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Torres allegedly struck another person, during an altercation on Woodrow Rd. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 5/28/2024.

• On 5/14/2024, Jennifer L Allegue (age 52) of Batavia, was arrested on an arrest warrant.

Allegue was initially charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd, after a traffic stop on 1/25/2024. The warrant was issued after she failed to appear in court. Allegue was arraigned in CAP Court and released. She is due in Batavia City Court, at a later date.

• On 5/7/2024, Garret J Walker (age 21) of West Seneca, was arrested for DWI.

Walker was arrested after a traffic stop on West Main St, where it was found that he was operating the vehicle, while intoxicated. He was issued several traffic tickets and is due in Batavia City Court, on 5/22/2024.

• On 5/9/2024, Ronald W Ball (age 58) of Batavia, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2^nd and Harassment 2^nd.

Ball allegedly illegally entered another person’s residence where he struck them and shoved them. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released. He is due back in court, on 5/30/2024.

• On 5/11/2024, Katie L Farewell (age 35) of Batavia, was arrested for Unnecessary Noise.

It’s alleged that Farewell was playing loud music, in violation of the Batavia Municipal Code. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, on 5/21/2024.

• On 5/11/2024, Nancy L Lawrence (age 72) of Batavia, was arrested for Soliciting Alms.

Lawrence was allegedly in the area of M&T Bank asking people for money. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in court, 5/28/2024.
