1. John J Saddler (age 35) of South Main Street in Batavia is charged with burglary second, aggravated criminal contempt, grand larceny fourth, and petit larceny.

On 2/27/23 PO Post arrested John Saddler for the above charges following an investigation into a violation of a court order.  It is alleged that Saddler violated a stay away order of protection by entering the protected persons home and stealing property, to include a NYS benefits card, and then using the card at a local business.  Saddler was arraigned in BCC by Judge Rogers and custody remanded to the GCJ until his reappearance in BCC on 3/22/23 at 1:00pm.

2. Ariel N Pontillo (age 32) of Washington Avenue in Batavia is charged with DWAI drugs and failure to keep right. 

On 2/25/23 PO Weglarski arrested Ariel Pontillo on the above charges after a traffic stop on 12/16/22 where Pontillo was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.  Pontillo was issued tickets to appear in BCC on 3/8/23 at 9:00am.

3. Michael E Wilson (age 29) of East Main Street Road in Batavia is charged with DWI and insufficient tail lamps.

On 2/26/23 PO Weglarski arrested Michael Wilson on the above charges after an investigation in to a traffic stop.  Wilson was issued tickets to appear in BCC on 3/15/23 at 9:00am.

4. Rebecca R Fugate (age 22) of Woodrow Road in Batavia is charged with harassment second.

On 2/24/23 PO Yung arrested Rebecca Fugate for harassment second.  Fugate allegedly struck another resident at a residential care home.  Fugate was released with an appearance ticket to appear in BCC on 3/7/23 at 1:00pm.

5. Heather L Armstrong (age 46) of Ellicott Street in Batavia is charged with harassment second. 

On 2/28/23 PO Post arrested Heather Armstrong for harassment second after an investigation in to a disturbance at a local business.  Armstrong was issued an appearance ticket to appear in BCC on 3/08/23 at 1:00pm.
