  1. Trespass, 10:16 PM, Saturday, May 14, 2022, Liberty St. – On 5/14/2022, Officer Post arrested Terrence T. FREEMAN, M/31 of Batavia, NY, for trespass after he refused to leave a local residence. FREEMAN was issued an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of 5/24/2022 at 1:00 PM in Batavia City Court.
      
  2. Criminal Contempt 2nd; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd; Criminal Mischief 4th, 6:00 PM, Monday, May 16, 2022, S. Main St. – On 5/16/2022, Anthony D. UNDERWOOD, M/22 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on the above listed charges, following an investigation into a domestic disturbance. UNDERWOOD was processed at BPD, arraigned in BCC by Judge ROGERS and held on $2,500 A, $5,000 B & $10,000 C. UNDERWOOD is due back in BCC on 6/7/2022 at 3:00 PM.
     
  3. Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, 9:18 AM, Tuesday, May 10, 2022, Bank St. – On 5/17/2022, Andrew A. SEARIGHT, M/35 of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charge. Charges stem from a case where SEARIGHT allegedly, abandoned an animal in a cage for an extended period of time. SEARIGHT was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 6/7/2022 at 1:00 PM.
     
  4. Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, 9:18 AM, Tuesday, May 10, 2022, Bank St. – On 5/17/2022, Jerrtonia A. SCARBROUGH, F/24 of Batavia, NY was arrested on the above listed charge. Charges stem from a case where SCARBROUGH, allegedly, abandoned an animal in a cage for an extended period of time. SCARBROUGH was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 6/7/2022 at 1:00PM.  
     
  5. Petit Larceny, 1:37 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2022, Ellicott St. – Zoro D. REISMAN, M/18, Batavia, NY, was arrested for Petit Larceny. On 5/15/2022, Officers were dispatched to a local business for a male who had stolen sausages. Officers located the male and ID him as Zoro REISMAN and placed him under arrest. REISMAN was issued an appearance ticket and is due back in BCC on 5/31/2022 at 1:00 PM.
     
  6. Criminal Contempt 2nd, 9:30 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2022, W. Main St. – Garrett L. STRICKLAND, M/30 of Medina, NY, was arrested for an arrest warrant out of the City of Batavia stemming from a Criminal Contempt 2nd charge. STRICKLAND was arraigned in BCC on 5/17/2022.
     
  7. Criminal Contempt 2nd, 9:24 PM, Monday, May 16, 2022, S. Main St. – On 5/16/2022, Anthony D. UNDERWOOD, M/22 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on the above listed charge. Charges stem from a domestic incident. UNDERWOOD was processed at BPD, arraigned in BCC before Judge Rogers and held on $2,500 A, $5,000 B & $10,000 C. UNDERWOOD is due back in BCC on 6/7/2022 at 3:00PM.
     
  8. Bench Warrant, 9:24 PM, Monday, May 16, 2022, S. Main St. – Anothny D. UNDERWOOD, M/22 of Buffalo, NY, was arrested on a bench warrant out of Batavia City Court. UNDERWOOD was arraigned in Batavia City Court on 5/17/2022. Bail was set. UNDERWOOD is due back in court on 6/7/2022 at 3:00 PM.
     
  9. Petit Larceny; Conspiracy to Commit a Crime, 10:52 PM, Thursday, May 5, 2022, W. Main St. – Brandon C. DODD, M/36 of Batavia, NY was arrested on 5/9/2022 for Petit Larceny and Conspiracy after an incident at a local business where DODD allegedly stole several cans of Redbull. Additionally, Trace G. BREWER, M/21 of Batavia, NY, was arrested on 5/12/2022 for conspiracy in the same incident. Both DODD and BREWER were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to appear in BCC on 5/17/2022 at 1:00 PM.
     
  10. Bench Warrant – Failure to appear, 1:00 PM, Friday, April 29, 2022, W. Main St. – On 5/14/2022, Crystal A. MOUNTS, F/44 of Batavia, NY was arrested on 6 bench warrants out of Batavia City Court. The warrants stem from a litany of crimes that MOUNTS has allegedly committed within the last calendar year. MOUNTS failed to appear in Batavia City Court on 4/29/2022, when she was scheduled to appear on the six cases. MOUNTS was processed, arraigned before Judge Rogers in BCC, and released. MOUNTS is due back in BCC on 5/17/2022 at 9:00 AM.
