Arrests

1. Petit Larceny, 12:01 PM, Friday, March 11, 2022, Summit St. – On 3/11/2022, Brian M. RAPHAEL, M/33 of Batavia, NY, was arrested after an investigation into a larceny of an Amazon package taken from a resident’s front porch. It is alleged that RAPHAEL was found with the package by City Police after the resident was notified by Amazon that the package had been delivered. RAPHAEL was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Batavia City Court on a later date.
    
2. Warrant Arrest, 2:42 PM, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, W. Main St. Rd. – On 3/11/2022, Brooke M. DAVIS, F/29, of Medina, NY, was arrested on the above charge. DAVIS failed to appear in Town of Batavia Court on 12/28/2021. DAVIS was arraigned in Batavia Town Court and released on her own recognizance. She is due back in Batavia Town Court on 3/22/2022 at 2:30PM in front of Judge Young.
