On 2/9/2022, Lyndsay T. YOUNG, F/38 or Batavia, NY, was arrested for the above listed charge following an investigation into a violation of an order of protection alleging YOUNG violated said order by making numerous calls to the protected party. YOUNG was arraigned in BCC in front of Judge Burns. YOUNG was RUS’d with an OOP issued out of BCC and is scheduled back in BCC on 2/24/2022 at 2:00 PM.
