Arrests

1. Criminal Contempt 2^nd Degree, 8:45 AM, Thursday, January 28, 2021, W. Main St. – Angela FLOWERS, F/50, was arrested on the above charge after allegedly disobeying a subpoena by failing to appear in court. FLOWERS was issued an appearance ticket scheduling her to appear in Batavia City Court on 8/17/2021 at 1:00 PM.
     
2. Petit Larceny, 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 29, 2021, Ellicott St. – On 7/29/2021, around approximately 11:14 AM, Kim MOBLEY, F/58, was processed and arrested on the above listed charge after allegedly walking out with multiple items from Save-A-Lot without paying. MOBLEY was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in BCC on 8/3/2021 at 1:00 PM.
    
3. Petit Larceny, 2:38 PM, Monday, July 26, 2021, E. Main St. – On 7/26/2021 at approximately 3:15 PM, Antonio GOODSON was processed and arrested, after allegedly stealing multiple items from a local business. GOODSON was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in BCC on 8/3/2021 at 1:00 PM.
    
4. Assault 3^rd Degree, 3:20 PM, Monday, July 19, 2021, Bank St. – On 7/27/2021, Jacqueline HALE, F/33, was arrested on the above charge. It’s alleged that HALE punched another person multiple times in the face, causing injury. HALE was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Batavia City Court on 8/3/2021.
    
5. Harassment 2^nd Degree, 9:58 PM, Sunday, July 25, 2021, Thorpe St. – On 7/25/2021, Russell BLUMER, M/48, was arrested on the above listed charge. The arrest follows a disturbance complaint on Thorpe St., where BLUMER allegedly punched the victim. BLUMER was released on an appearance ticket, returnable to BCC on 8/3/2021.
    
6. Driving While Intoxicated; Refusal to Take Breath Test, 6:04 PM, Friday, July 16, 2021, S. Main St. – On 7/16/2021, Patrick WAITE, M/53, was arrested on the above listed charges. The arrest follows a traffic offense complaint. Subsequent to officers making contact with WAITE, he was allegedly found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated. WAITE was released and is scheduled in BCC on 7/19/2021.
    
7. Menacing 2^nd Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3^rd Degree, 12:23 PM, Saturday, June 26, 2021, Willow St. – On 7/23/2021, Nathan ROYSE, M/29, was arrested by Batavia PD for Menacing in the second degree and Criminal Possession of a weapon in the third degree. It is alleged that in June of 2021, while on Willow St. in the City of Batavia, ROYSE menaced another person with a real or imitation pistol. Batavia PD was assisted by NYS Parole in this investigation.
    
8. Speed Not reasonable and Prudent; Reckless Driving; Failed to stop at stop sign; Not wearing a helmet; Un-inspected Motor Vehicle, 8:12 PM, Monday, July 19, 2021, Otis St. – On July 23rd, 2021, Nathan ROYSE, M/29, was arrested and arraigned at Batavia City Court for multiple crimes and traffic tickets, following an investigation into an incident that occurred on July 19th, 2021, where ROYSE allegedly was recklessly driving a motorcycle with a stolen license plate on it, and then ran from police. ROYSE is currently being held at the GC Jail on a warrant.
    
9. Criminal Mischief 4^th Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a child, 9:33 PM, Friday, July 9, 2021, S Main St. – On 7/9/2021 Officer WILSON and Officer POST arrested Ronnie ALLEN, M/34, for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief after a neighbor dispute where ALLEN allegedly broke the storm door of his neighbor’s residence. ALLEN was issued an appearance ticket and released with a return court date of 7/27/2021 at 1:00 PM to the Batavia City Court.
    
10. Bench Warrant, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, W Main St. – Matthew OLCOTT, M/42, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant and arraigned. OLCOTT was held at the Genesee County Jail on unrelated warrants out of Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
     
11.  Bench Warrant, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, W Main St. – Matthew OLCOTT, M/42, was arrested on a Batavia City Court Bench Warrant and arraigned. OLCOTT was held at the Genesee County Jail on unrelated warrants out of Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.
     
12.  Arrest Warrant, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 5, 2021, W Main St. – Francisco MARTINEZ, M/48, was arrested on the above charge following the execution of an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court. MARTINEZ was arraigned in Batavia City Court by Judge ROGERS and was released on his own recognizance. MARTINEZ is scheduled to appear in BCC again on 7/28/2021 at 1:00 PM for sentencing.
     
13.  Criminal Trespass 3^rd Degree; Criminal Impersonation, 1:26 PM, Saturday, July 3, 2021, Jackson St. – Tommy CRAWFORD, M/32 was arrested on 7/16/2021 on the above listed charges, stemming from an incident on 7/3/2021. It is alleged that CRAWFORD entered and remained unlawfully in a condemned residence on Jackson St. CRAWFORD allegedly provided police with a false name during the investigation. CRAWFORD was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 7/27/2021 at 1:00 PM.
14. Criminal Trespass 3^rd Degree; Criminally Possessing a hypodermic instrument, 1:08 PM, Saturday, July 3, 2021, Jackson St. – Rosemary WATERS, F/35, was arrested on 7/16/2021 on the above listed charges stemming from an incident on 7/3/2021. It is alleged that WATERS entered and remained unlawfully in a condemned residence on Jackson St., while in possession of a hypodermic instrument. WATERS was issued an appearance ticket returnable to BCC on 7/27/2021 at 1:00 PM.
