On July 29, 2025 at approximately 8AM, detectives with the Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force alongside the Culpeper Joint SWAT team executed two search warrants in the Town of Culpeper. Both search warrants stemmed from a drug investigation that began earlier this month.

The first search warrant was executed during a traffic stop conducted by the Culpeper Joint SWAT team in the area of S Main St and Mason St. The driver, identified as Christina N. Jenkins, 31, of Culpeper was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to this investigation. The second search warrant was simultaneously executed at a residence in the 700-block of Fairfax St. During the search warrants, detectives seized cocaine and fentanyl, along with an undisclosed amount of cash. The approximate street value of the seized narcotics is $6,000.

As a result of this investigation, the Culpeper Police Department in conjunction to the Blue Ridge Task Force has charged Jenkins with two counts of felony Possession with Intent to Distribute and one count of felony Possession of Fentanyl. Jenkins appeared before a magistrate and was held without bond at the Culpeper County Jail.

The Blue Ridge Narcotics and Gang Task Force is composed of law enforcement personnel from the Culpeper County Sheriff’s Office, Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office, Culpeper Police Department, Warrenton Police Department, Town of Orange Police Department, and the Virginia State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations Culpeper Field Office.
