Peddler (Solicitation) Permit Issued – Aptive Pest Control

The Bushkill Township Police Department has issued Peddler (Solicitation) Permits to Aptive Pest Control, effective May 1, 2026 through May 31, 2026. As part of this permitting process, the department has issued official identification badges to the following authorized representatives:

Jacob Anderson, Terrell Hall, Benjamin Maholtz, Carlo Martinez-Lucero, Colton Doran, Daniel Gates, Ryan Fondelier, Robert Kilgore, Leif Jurgenson, Scott Deffinbaugh, Jaheim Marshall, and Jamaal Byrd-Cowan

The following vehicles have been registered with the department and may be utilized during solicitation activities:

• Maroon Nissan Altima – SC Reg. VFL-638
• White Hyundai Elantra – SC Reg. 2744PJ
• Black Honda Civic – SC Reg. TBR-398
• White Nissan Rogue – NC Reg. WAP1200
• Black Honda Accord - VT Reg. KTR-314
• White Hyundai Sonata - NC Reg. RHJ-2477

Residents are reminded that all individuals conducting door-to-door solicitation under this permit are required to carry their issued permit and identification at all times while operating within Bushkill Township.

Residents who do not wish to receive solicitations may register their address by visiting the Forms section of the department’s CRIMEWATCH page at www.bushkilltwppd.org and selecting “Do Not Solicit.”

Please note: Active permits issued prior to a resident’s registration will remain valid and are exempt from the “Do Not Solicit” list.
