The Community Officer position is staffed by a full-time sworn police officer who serves as a vital liaison between the Bushkill Township Police Department and the community.

This officer leads the department’s community outreach efforts, which include:

• Planning and supporting community events
• Coordinating crime prevention programs
• Developing and implementing youth-oriented initiatives
