• On 8/18/2025, Jason L Johnson (age 42) of Rochester, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd (Intent to Sell), Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th, and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd.

Johnson was arrested following a traffic stop on Oak St, where he was allegedly found in possession of a large quantity of narcotics. He was arraigned in Batavia City Court and held without bail.

• On 8/18/2025, Emily B Kaczmarek (age 23) of Byron, was arrested for Attempted Assault 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Kaczmarek intentionally hit another person with her car, during an altercation on State St. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.

• On 8/18/2025, Isaiah N Bollar (age 35) of Rochester, was arrested on a warrant for Criminal Impersonation.

Bollar allegedly gave a fake name, during a traffic stop on 7/18/2024. He was arraigned in CAP Court and released.

• On 8/16/2025, Shandell M Lissow (age 37) of Albion, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

Lissow allegedly stole merchandise from Family Dollar. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/17/2025, Shaqueita L Irvin (age 33) of Batavia, was arrested for DWI.

Irvin was arrested following a motor vehicle accident, in the parking lot of TF Brown’s. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 8/10/2025, Anthony J Tyme (age 36) of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for DWI.

Tyme was arrested following a traffic stop on Pearl St. He was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1^st and Speeding. He was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 8/15/2025, Jessica M Reynolds (age 38) of Batavia, was arrested for Harassment 2^nd.

Reynolds allegedly hit another person, during an altercation on Willow St. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/16/2025, Makaila B Mitchell (age 28) of Rochester, was arrested for DWI.

Mitchell was arrested following a traffic stop on Main St. She was issued several traffic tickets and released.

• On 8/16/2025, Crystal A Mounts (age 48) of Batavia, was arrested for Petit Larceny.

It’s alleged that Mounts stole merchandise from Southside Deli. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.

• On 8/17/2025, Ashley M Davis (age 36) of Batavia, was arrested for Obstructing Governmental Administration 2^nd.

It’s alleged that Davis interfered with police, while they were attempting to take another person into custody. She was issued an appearance ticket and released.
