On February 20, 2023 at 4:35am, patrol officers with the Thomasville Police Department responded to a convenience store located on S. Broad St. in reference to a burglary call.  Upon their arrival, they confronted two (2) individuals still inside burglarizing the store.  Officers were able to detain one juvenile and one adult, identified as N. Murray, without further incident.  During the course of the investigation, the suspects were also found to be in the possession of a stolen vehicle that they used to travel to the store to burglarize it.  The vehicle's rightful owner was contacted after it was discovered that their property was entered into as well.  Both the juvenile and N. Murray were arrested and charged with several charges to include burglary and motor vehicle theft.
