As your Police Chief, we will continue to be rooted in the reduction of crime and creation of community partnerships while being transparent and accountable in our actions, serving and protecting all members of this diverse community.  We will prioritize community engagement by actively seeking input from our citizens, business owners, and community organizations.  Through my life experiences, I have learned that by fostering open lines of effective communication, we can work together to solve the issues that affect our city and build safer neighborhoods for everyone.
