UPDATE: Thomasville Police located Mr. Rowe near US19 and Old Monticello Road.  Mr. Rowe was safe and is being tended to by medical staff.  Thank you to all that assisted in the search!

ORIGINAL POST: 

Charlie Rowe Jr. is a 78 year old male missing from Southern Pines Adult living, located at 423 Covington Ave.  Rowe is 5'7" tall and about 165 lbs.  Rowe was last seen wearing blue jeans, beige/blue jacket, and a baseball cap.  Rowe was last seen at Southern Pines at about 11:45 Pm on 2/23/24.  Rowe has not been diagnosed with dementia, but has been showing signs of dementia according to staff members.

Thomasville Police are asking for your help in locating Mr. Rowe.  Please contact 911 if you have seen Charlie Rowe or know of his whereabouts.
