The Thomasville Police Department is currently investigating a stolen vehicle from the Covington Avenue and Remington Avenue areas.  The stolen vehicle was recovered and two (2) juveniles were apprehended with the assistance of the Georgia State Patrol.  During the course of the investigation, it was learned that several vehicles were entered in the Remington Avenue area during the night of April 14th - 15th.  We have also discovered at least one potential victim in Cairo, Georgia.  The Thomasville Police Dept. has contacted the Cairo Police Department and is working with them to identify the victim of a theft there as well.  It is believed that property, to include firearms were stolen.  We are asking anyone that is missing items from their vehicles, to contact the Thomas County dispatch at (229) 226-2101 and an officer will make contact with you.
