We Need Your Help
It is that time of year. The snow is falling and that means snow plows are active. Please help them help you. It is important that the plows are able to safely and completely clear the roadways. Vehicles left on the street create hazards for the plow drivers, congest the streets with extra snow, and ultimately ensure your vehicles are frozen in place. The City of Craig Road and Bridge Department is asking residents to refrain from street parking during the winter months.
UPDATE: On December 12th & 13th, 2022, Officer(s) with the Craig Police Department, assisted the Craig Road and Bridge Department in efforts to allow safe snow removal. During this assist. 37 vehicles were "red tagged". The Red Tag is a courtesy to vehicle owners allowing them 48 hours to relocate the vehicle. After this 48 hour period if the vehicle is still in the location, it can be towed at the owners expense. The City of Craig Road and Bridge Department would like to ask again for your assistance in keeping the streets and alleyways clear of snow.
