Attention Craig - It’s that time again! The Turkey Vultures have returned to Craig. With spring upon us they are back! Due to their return, Community Service Officers as well as Police Officers will be making attempts to encourage these birds to move on south. If you have problems with these birds roosting in your trees, please call the non-emergency dispatch line at 970-824-6501.

Please remember, these birds are protected federally and it is illegal to take, kill, or possess turkey vultures, their eggs, or any part of their body including but not limited to their feathers.
