The special needs registry helps the Craig Police Department know who might need extra help during an emergency. Sign up for the special needs registry if you:

• Use life support systems, like oxygen, a respirator, a ventilator, dialysis, a pacemaker, or are insulin dependent
• Have trouble walking, moving around, or have a prosthesis
• Are blind, deaf, hard of hearing, or have trouble seeing
• Are on dialysis
• Have speech, developmental, or mental health disabilities
• Use service animals

The information collected here will not be available to the public.  It is strictly used by public safety entities here in Craig to get you the assistance you might need in an emergency. Please follow these steps to register.

1. Click on the FORMS tab
2. Scroll to SPECIAL NEEDS REGISTRY
3. Complete the registry form and click SEND.
