On March 29, 2022 a concerned mother reported to A.C.E.T. members, that an adult female had provided her 14-year-old daughter with alcohol and marijuana the night before, Monday, March 28th, 2022. This consumption resulted in the juvenile having to be rushed to the emergency room. 

After further investigation, A.C.E.T. members secured a search warrant for the adult female’s residence. On March 30^th, 2022 members of A.C.E.T., along with the Craig Police Department and Moffat County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant at 555 1^st Avenue West #21 in Craig.

A.C.E.T. members also secured an arrest warrant for the adult female who has been identified as Ashton Davenport (seen in photo). Davenport was not at home at the time the search warrant was served but, did turn herself in later at the Moffat County Detention Center on the following charges:

1. Offenses Relating to Marijuana and Marijuana Concentrate (DF4)
2. Child Abuse (M1)
3. Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor 2^nd Degree (M1)
4. Reckless Endangerment (M2)

Davenport was later released on a $3,000.00 PR Bond
