POLICE REPORTING

For any traffic crash that was investigated by NBTPD, please visit the website CrashDocs.org to obtain a copy of the crash report. Have your Report Number, Last Name of the Involved Party, and Date of Crash ready to search for the report.

SELF-REPORTING

For any traffic crash that was NOT investigated by Police, and it fits the criteria below, the Driver’s Accident Report Form (AA600) is required to be completed by ALL drivers involved in motor vehicle traffic crashes occurring within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and involves:

(1) injury to or death of any person; or

(2) damage to any vehicle involved to the extent that it cannot be driven under its own power in its customary manner without further damage or hazard to the vehicle, other traffic elements, or the roadway, and therefore requires towing.
