On January 3, 2025 at about 4:15pm, Thomasville Police responded to 105 Green St. (1 o'clock Store) in reference to a robbery.  The investigation showed a male suspect, who was in a verbal conflict with the clerk and armed with a large rock.  The suspect walked around and behind the counter and continued to threaten the clerk.  The male then opened the register and stole the cash from the drawer.  The suspect then assaulted the clerk with the rock before fleeing the scene.

On Monday, January 6, 2025 detectives were able to identify the suspect as Veonardo Antonio Davis.  Veonardo Davis was located at his residence, 1217 N Dawson St. Thomasville, Ga. where he was arrested without further incident.  Davis was charged with Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault.
