The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is attempting to locate a runaway/missing juvenile.

On 09/24/2025 at approximately 10:00 PM 16-year-old Angelina Arroyo left a foster home located in Stroud Township. Angelina is described as a Hispanic female, 5’3”, 110 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Angelina Arroyo is asked to “Submit a tip”. All tipsters may remain anonymous or leave contact information for the investigating officer.
